- Once the shirt is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order if an item is lost, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them. 

- There are certain times where a certain shirt is Sold Out and I am unable to get it, if this happens I will reach out to you directly. We can either choose a different shirt color or wait until it gets back into stock or I can refund out.
